Just when it seems like we are finally getting past all the sickness going around, something else happens. Just yesterday child #3 had to go to the doctor with a pink eye infection. I just wanted to sit down and cry. It has been one thing after another after another. Now, allergy season is upon us and the misery at our house will only continue. :( I don't want to do this anymore.

I feel a little bit of your pain (about 1/2 of it :). We're so hopeful that we can make it through spring a little better this year than last... Hang in there! Are ya'll coming tonight?
My younger son is home for day 2 this week with a terrible respiratory infection (I'm hoping it's not pneumonia. He's on 3 weeks of antibiotics). He already missed a week of school 3 weeks ago and still hasn't caught up. And did I mention that my husband travels every week Monday-Thurs.?? I could use a vacation! How about you pray for me and I'll pray for you?? I'm with you on this one, sister.

anyway, what i said was thank you both for your encouraging comments and prayers. i hope your kiddos recover quickly and the germs avoid your houses from here on out. praying for you!
now i must head out to the doctor as i am quite sure that i have strep. :(

I am so sorry! There've been so many viruses going around this winter. I've been told it'll take me 4-6 weeks to get over the cough left over from a URI I had last week. Yay. (that's me, being facetious!) Anyway, I'm praying for you and the kiddos.

you're right, joye, we were there. i wanted to say hi to you but, it just didn't work out. :(
some of us are better, some of us are sick again, or still i guess. the pink eye has infected everybody but the dad and the baby has another ear infection. at least i am feeling better. hopefully we will make it through the next week with nothing new.
